Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and manage automated job schedules using Automic Automation (UC4) . Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, ensuring timely and successful execution. Implement changes and enhancements to automation workflows as per business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Automic with various enterprise systems. Perform impact analysis, create documentation, and maintain workflow standards. Ensure high availability and reliability of automated processes and address failures proactively. Maintain version control, deployment pipelines, and job status reporting dashboards. Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning of automation scripts. Contribute to ongoing process improvements and automation best practices across IT operations. Role & responsibilities
