We are looking for an experienced Shopfloor Manager and Quality In-Charge to oversee daily operations and ensure quality control in our sheet metal fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production, ensuring product quality, and supervising the team. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily shopfloor operations and ensure timely production. Implement and monitor quality control processes. Supervise and train shopfloor employees to enhance performance. Coordinate with procurement for material availability. Maintain production logs and progress reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or shopfloor management. Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety standards. Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities: Maintain attendance, payroll, and overtime records Handle labor needs, disputes, and requests Call leads, explain products, and record client requirements Follow up with clients and help close sales Keep all HR and sales records up to date Requirements: Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, etc.) Ability to manage both field labor and office work
