Automation Testing-Selenium Java

Role Overview: You will be working as a Selenium resource with Java in the G3/G4/G5 designation at the Chennai location. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize your expertise in Selenium, Java, and Cucumber to contribute to the implementation of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) framework. You will be expected to work in Agile methodologies and have experience with Junit for debugging code and exception handling. Additionally, you will be involved in creating Automation Test plans/Strategies and making API calls through jar to capture responses. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your strong experience in Java and JavaScript for at least 1 year - Implement BDD frameworks like Cucumber and JBehave - Work in Agile methodologies and have a preference for experience in Junit - Debug code efficiently and handle exceptions effectively - Make API calls through jar and capture responses - Develop Automation Test plans/Strategies - Possess knowledge in SQL (added advantage) - Be open to working in 2nd shifts (1pm - 10pm) Qualifications Required: - 3-8 years of experience in Selenium automation testing - Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Cucumber - Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber and JBehave - Familiarity with Agile methodologies - Knowledge of Junit for debugging code - Ability to create Automation Test plans/Strategies - Understanding of SQL is an added advantage Please share your updated CV to sandhya@novaturetech.com if you are interested in this role.
