Job Description

As an Automation Test Engineer at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium and Java. Your attention to detail and expertise in building robust test frameworks will be key in ensuring the quality of software products. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Performing Selenium WebDriver automation using Java - Utilizing TestNG or JUnit for test execution - Developing and maintaining test frameworks such as Hybrid, POM, and Data-driven - Tracking bugs and managing tests using tools like JIRA and TestRail - Integrating test frameworks into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI - Working with version control systems like Git In addition to the above, your profile should include experience in API Testing (e.g., REST Assured, Postman), basic SQL for data validation, knowledge of BDD tools like Cucumber, and familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter. An understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cloud-based testing environments will also be beneficial for this role.
