Job Description

Roles and responsibilities Design and develop test packs for various test cycles by selecting the right strategy and tools. Design, manage and report for all test phases that are part of Software test lifecycle (STLC) such as Continuous Integration, Regression, End-to-End (E2E), Functional, and Production parallel and Non-functional. Schedule, execute & manage various test cycles. Understand operational processes in order to provide solutions which improve operational efficiency. Skills: 4+ years of relevant IT/quality assurance work experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent relevant experience; demonstrated experience within the quality assurance / testing arena; demonstrated skills in quality assurance methods/processes and practices Proven experience in Quality Assurance and in managing test automation frameworks, release & defect management in the past and proven experience in development of frameworks using java spring Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and hands on agile development methodologies Solid understanding and experience in efficient Defect management, test coverage analysis to identify gaps and provide improvements Solid experience developing UI automation frameworks like Selenium , Playwright or BDD. Nice to have operational knowledge in Java or any coding languages, UNIX commands and Sql queries Must have excellent verbal and written skills being able to communicate effectively on both a technical and business level, working in team with multiple locations/Time Zones.
