Automation Testing

We are looking for a skilled and proactive AI QA Engineer with strong expertise in testing AI-driven applications, including conversational platforms and chatbots. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both manual and automated testing processes, as well as scripting capabilities to develop efficient and scalable test suites.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Test Strategy Development:

  Design, develop, document, and execute detailed test plans and scenarios for AI chatbots, agents, and tools. Ensure that all outputs are rigorously validated against defined business requirements and AI behavior expectations.

• Automated Test Scripting:

  Create and maintain automated test scripts using Python, JavaScript, or Bash for scalable and repeatable testing across various AI functionalities.

• Defect Identification & Documentation:

  Identify, report, and document bugs, deviations, and issues with detailed steps to reproduce, including expected vs. actual results.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with development, product management, and AI/data science teams to understand requirements, validate fixes, and provide timely feedback throughout the AI development lifecycle.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in AI testing. Continuously strive to improve testing methodologies and product quality.

• Performance & Scalability Testing (Optional):

  Conduct performance, load, and scalability testing on AI models to ensure optimal functionality under various user loads and conditions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven AI Testing Experience:

  Hands-on experience testing AI applications, conversational AI systems, or chatbots. Strong understanding of the unique challenges in AI testing.

• Proficient Scripting & Automation Skills:

  Expertise in developing and maintaining automated scripts using Python, JavaScript, or Bash.

• Analytical Acumen:

  Ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into effective test cases.

• Strong Testing Methodology Knowledge:

  Solid grasp of manual and automated testing techniques including regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Proactive & Independent:

  Self-motivated individual capable of identifying testing needs, setting priorities, and delivering results independently.

• Excellent Communication:

  Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
