We Are Hiring: Automation Tester (Selenium + Java)

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Java and Selenium, prior experience in the banking domain, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Join us to build and execute automated frameworks ensuring quality, compliance, and reliability of banking applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java + Selenium WebDriver
• Write and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to define test requirements
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing
• Ensure compliance with banking standards, security, and regulatory requirements
• Track and report defects using Jira/Confluence

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Knowledge of TestNG / JUnit frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in the banking domain (retail banking, payments, lending, core banking systems)
• Understanding of Agile, SDLC/STLC processes

Secondary Skills (Preferred):

• API automation (RestAssured, Postman)
• BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
• Cloud testing (AWS/Azure)
• Performance testing (JMeter)

Details:

• Experience: 5 – 7 years
• Preferred Joining: Immediate / 30 days notice
• Shift Timings: APAC or EMEA
• Location: Bangalore (Mandatory 3 days WFO)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,200,000.00 per year
