Job Title: Automation Tester / Automation Lead
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 6 to 11 years
Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred/ 15 days

Job Overview:

Nexcen Global is seeking skilled and experienced Automation Testers / Automation Leads to join our QA team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in automation frameworks, tools, and techniques to ensure high-quality product delivery. This role requires an analytical mindset, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently and lead when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test cases.
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Identify, record, and track bugs with detailed documentation.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience with Postman for API testing.
• Expertise in Test Case Development and documentation.
• Proficient in TestNG Automation Frameworks.
• Excellent understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Good to Have (for Lead Role):

• Experience leading a small team or mentoring junior testers.
• Familiarity with continuous integration tools and version control systems.
