Please review the JD once and suggest if any change is required: Automation Testing Experience: 3-8yrs Location: Pune (Kharadi) Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation testing Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of testers, driving quality initiatives Deep expertise in automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit, and scripting languages like Python or Java Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies Responsibilities Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Jmeter. JMeter must have proficiency in creating and maintaining automated testing scripts using Selenium, and conducting performance testing with JMeter. Responsibilities include designing test frameworks, ensuring full test coverage, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues Must possess solid knowledge of Selenium WebDriver for browser automation and Apache JMeter for performance testing Solid knowledge of SQL server and scripting Experience with security testing is a plus Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI Experience with cloud-based testing environments or virtualization technologies
