Automation Tester

Role Overview: You will join the dynamic QA team at Hammoq as an Automation Tester, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of software solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, collaborating with the QA team, reviewing system specifications, executing test cases, identifying and tracking bugs, and continuously improving test automation frameworks and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. - Collaborate with the QA team to convert manual test cases into automated test suites. - Review and analyze system specifications to create detailed test plans and test cases. - Execute both automated and manual test cases, evaluate results, and track bugs. - Work closely with developers and stakeholders to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues. - Conduct regression testing through automation after code changes and enhancements. - Participate in code reviews and test plan reviews to provide feedback for improvement. - Ensure testing aligns with industry quality standards and best practices. - Continuously improve test automation frameworks, scripts, and processes. - Maintain clear documentation of automation processes and communicate effectively with the QA team. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2-3 years of hands-on experience in automation testing. - Strong experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins. - Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured is a plus. - Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test scripts. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.,
