Job Description

As a Tester with 3 to 9 years of experience, your role is crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions, contributing to the success of the company and making a positive impact on society. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the testing efforts for various projects to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases. - Provide technical expertise in Selenium, Salesforce, Core Java, Advanced Java, MSDynamics, MSCRM, or Veeva CRM. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery. - Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts for improved testing efficiency. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing. - Mentor and guide junior testers to foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to enhance testing processes. - Analyze test results and deliver detailed reports to stakeholders. - Set up and maintain the testing environment for optimal performance. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing technologies. - Contribute to the overall improvement of the software development lifecycle. Qualifications: - Strong experience in Selenium, Salesforce, Core Java, and Advanced Java. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Proven track record of successfully leading testing projects. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.,
