Automation Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  automated test scripts

  using

  Python

  /

  JavaScript /TypeScript

  and

  Playwright

  .
• Perform

  functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing

  for web applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  
• Create, enhance, and maintain

  automation frameworks

  and reusable components.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects with clear documentation.
  
• Participate in

  Agile/Scrum ceremonies

  and contribute to continuous QA process improvement.
• Integrate automated scripts into

  CI/CD pipelines

  (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI).
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to QA standards and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in

  Automation Testing

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  Python/JavaScript, TypeScript

  programming for automation.
• Hands-on experience with

  Playwright

  automation framework.
• Experience with API testing using tools/libraries like

  Postman

  ,

  REST Assured

  Requests

  (Python).
• Knowledge of test frameworks such as

  PyTest

• Understanding of

  Web UI testing

• Familiarity with
