Automation Test Engineer

As an Automation Test Engineer at UST, your responsibilities will include: - Developing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts for functional and regression testing using Java and Selenium WebDriver. - Designing and developing test automation frameworks to improve test efficiency and reusability. - Creating and executing automated test scenarios for both UI and API testing. - Collaborating with developers and other team members to understand product requirements and help create effective test strategies. - Identifying, troubleshooting, and reporting defects in a clear and concise manner, and working with the development team for quick resolution. - Analyzing and improving test coverage and automation processes to ensure the stability and reliability of applications. - Conducting cross-browser testing to ensure the web application works seamlessly across different browsers. - Maintaining and updating test data to ensure it remains valid and supports all required test cases. - Participating in Agile ceremonies, such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to align with the team on development and testing priorities. - Monitoring test results, logging issues, and generating detailed test reports for stakeholders. - Staying updated on new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies, and integrating them into the testing process to improve overall effectiveness.
