Job Description

Automation Test Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using
Selenium with Python
.
Develop reusable test frameworks and libraries.
Perform
UI and API testing
, validate data, and automate regression test cases.
Collaborate with developers and the QA team to identify test requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
Integrate automated tests with
CI/CD pipelines
(e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Document test results, report bugs, and track them through resolution.
Participate in
Agile/Scrum ceremonies
and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in
Selenium WebDriver
.
Solid hands-on experience in
Python scripting
.
Experience with frameworks like
PyTest, Robot Framework
, or unittest.
Experience in
API Testing
using Postman/REST Assured.
Familiarity with
Git, JIRA
, and
Agile methodologies
.
Knowledge of PyTest,
HTML/XML/JSON
, and test reporting tools.
Experience with
BDD tools
like Cucumber or Behave is a plus.
Exposure to cloud platforms (
AWS/Azure
) is a plus.
Understanding of
Docker
and containerized testing environments is a plus.
Experience in performance testing is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
