Job Description

Overall experience of 10+ years but even if we have someone very string with all the attributes of a lead.
Strong Knowledge and hands on experience on Salesforce QA Functional and Technical
Strong Technical & Hands on knowledge on QA Tools
Strong exposure to Frameworks and best practices for Automation
Functional, Regression testing, Data testing, Integration testing knowledge and hands on experience – Should be very seasoned on this
Extensive QA lead experience. This could include the following areas -

Product knowledge/End to End Functional knowledge of the Project – Should be able to demonstrate this
Responsible for driving Outcome through the team – Examples of how this has been done
Stakeholder management and coordination/communication – By default
Optimization of testing Value Adds- Should be able to talk about and demonstrate as part of the candidate experience
