Role/Requirement Test Lead Mobile Testing Automation ( Selenium ) Grade C1 Experience 6 to 9 years Main Responsibilities Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery Provide Project Status to the Project Manager Work assignment of test team Working closely with BAs, functional lead and Development team. Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement/release Design Test scenarios and Test Cases Defect Tracking and Reporting Communicate effectively with client, multifunctional team, developers, and Off shore team Skills Needed Very client focused with regards to service delivery Experience in Retail Domain Strong Experience in Automation Testing (Tool Selenium) Test plan preparation Strong written and communication skills Implement effective managerial and testing techniques Ability to interact with technical team to convert functional requirement to test specs.
