Automation Lead-APAC

Role Overview: As the Automation Lead for APAC in the Telecom domain, you will play a crucial role in leading the execution of the automation strategy aligned with the company's goals. Your responsibilities will include identifying and prioritizing automation opportunities, designing and implementing automation solutions, overseeing testing and deployment processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration. Additionally, you will manage automation projects across APAC, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and resource allocation while staying updated on automation trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the execution of the automation strategy for APAC - Identify and prioritize automation opportunities based on business needs and ROI - Design, develop, and implement automation solutions in collaboration with Product & Engineering teams - Oversee testing, validation, and deployment processes to ensure quality and performance standards - Partner with IT, Product & Engineering, and Services & Care teams for seamless integration - Manage automation projects across APAC, including budgets, schedules, and resources - Stay current with automation trends to drive innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field - 10+ years of experience in automation engineering, focusing on cloud technologies - Expertise in 3GPP architecture reference models (4G, 5G) including packet core, IMS, and Policy Management - Experience in driving and guiding automation teams - Knowledge of automation principles, technologies, and best practices - Practical experience on automation hardware and software platforms (Note: Location for the role is in Chennai, Bangalore, and NCR),
