Automation Head (Electrical-PLC)

Job Description: As an Electrical & Automation Engineer at Five Fingers Exports, you will be responsible for learning and developing panel wiring & PLC automation for all fully automatic machines in accordance with industry & company standards. Working under the guidance of senior assembly heads, you will progress to rigorous testing and trial runs at our manufacturing facility in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Understanding the requirements of fully automatic machines and developing panel wiring and PLC automation programming will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be tasked with team development and providing regular training sessions to junior members. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a strong knowledge of panel wiring, ensuring adherence to machine working concepts. - Proficient in servo drives, VFD drives, PLC, HMI, and other electrical components used in panel wiring and automation. - Hands-on experience with tool handling and basic understanding of machine components like bearings, bolts, and nuts. - Familiarity with machine building operations such as drilling, tapping, and selection of fasteners. - Ability to lead and command team subordinates effectively. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical panel wiring and automation, preferably in the SPM machine field. - Knowledge of E Plan/ E Cad software will be advantageous.,
