What you work :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand RAN and Core testing requirements and implement effective automation strategies.
Python Programming :
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in Python and Robot Framework development.
RAN and Core Testing :
- Collaborate with RAN and Core engineers to understand technical specifications and testing requirements.
Continuous Integration and Deployment :
- Integrate test automation into the continuous integration pipeline for efficient and timely feedback.
Team Leadership :
- Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and
continuous improvement in the RAN and Core automation domain.
Performance Optimization :
- Implement best practices to enhance the speed and efficiency of automated test execution in the context of RAN and Core technologies.
Collaboration and Communication :
- Clearly communicate RAN and Core automation progress, challenges, and results to stakeholders.
Mandatory skills :
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks using Robot Framework for RAN and Core testing.
- In-depth knowledge of Python programming for extending Robot Framework capabilities in the context of RAN and Core.
- Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins).
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies, particularly in the context of RAN and Core technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
