Automation Engineer (Make.com, Zapier) - Hybrid/Delhi NCR

You will be working with fast-growing US-based SaaS companies to help them scale by automating tasks using tools like Zapier, Make.com, and n8n along with smart integrations. The role requires someone who is passionate about building scalable systems, working with APIs, and exploring AI tools to solve real-world problems. In this position, you will be expected to proactively tackle challenges, conduct rapid tests, and deploy high-impact workflows that cover a range of tasks such as data scraping, email sequence triggering, CRM syncing, and more. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining automations using Zapier, Make.com, and n8n, interacting with APIs to handle data exchanges and workflow triggers, documenting scalable workflows for internal operations, client projects, and growth systems, utilizing sales tools like Instantly.ai and Clay, scripting basic data scraping and parsing functions in Python, creating AI-enhanced workflows and chatbots using Voiceflow or custom GPT setups, conducting quality assurance on your builds, stress-testing edge cases, and ensuring the delivery of clean outputs. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of experience in building automations or working in a no-code/low-code environment, have a strong command over APIs, webhooks, and JSON, demonstrate curiosity, resourcefulness, and a problem-solving mindset, enjoy the challenge of building functional workflows, embrace AI technologies with enthusiasm, excel in asynchronous work environments, and exhibit proficiency in documentation. Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include experience with Voiceflow, Airtable, Notion, Slack bots, or Google Apps Script, background in RevOps, SalesOps, or ProductOps, prior involvement in developing internal tools or integrations for startups, familiarity with OpenAI, GPT, or other LLM-based tools, and a keen eye for system design and simplifying complexities.
