Position: ServiceNow AI Developer/Consultant Location: Hyderabad Experience: 4 8 Years Job Description: We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow AI Developer/Consultant with hands-on experience in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow's AI/ML capabilities, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and automation workflows to enhance business processes and end-user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow AI/ML solutions, including Virtual Agent , Predictive Intelligence , and AI Search . Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to integrate AI features with existing workflows. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases and deliver AI-driven automation. Optimize workflows and implement intelligent process automation (IPA). Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and governance policies. Provide support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements for AI-enabled solutions. Required Skills: 48 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform . Strong expertise in ServiceNow AI/ML , Virtual Agent , Predictive Intelligence , AI Search , and Automation Engine . Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide, or equivalent). Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules. Familiarity with NLP, Machine Learning models, and chatbot design . Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Preferred Skills: ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, Predictive Intelligence, or Virtual Agent). Experience with IntegrationHub , API integrations, and external AI/ML tools. Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data platforms.
