Responsibilities: Attend client complaints for CCTV AV, automation & networking systems.Perform troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of devices. Handle preventive maintenance visits (AMC contracts). Assist project team in small-scale installations when required Coordinate with OEMs for warranty replacement. Requirements: IT/Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical/Networking 1-2 years' hands-on experience in CCTV/Automation installation preferred. Knowledge of cabling, crimping, device configuration. Willingness to travel within Surat.
