Automation Analyst, QA Automation

As a skilled QA Analyst with 3+ years of experience in software testing and automation, your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of web applications. You should have a strong understanding of test automation frameworks, scripting languages, and software testing methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Test and support applications in global software platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, SharePoint, and other corporate systems - Monitor daily automated regression and maintain/update automation suite - Develop automation framework for new software platforms - Collaborate with internal groups to capture functional requirements - Communicate with internal customers in non-technical terms, understand business requirements, and propose solutions - Participate in meetings, train and support users on new functionality, and document changes and author documentation on software functionality Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, and QA methodologies - Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application automation - Strong understanding of Git, JIRA, and Bitbucket - Proficiency in writing XPath expressions for test automation - Experience with Keyword-Driven Frameworks and test automation strategies - Knowledge of Robot Framework and Python (or any other programming language) is a plus - Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software development best practices - Experience in API automation testing - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins - Understanding of database testing and SQL queries - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders,
