Role & responsibilities As we discussed please arrange to share resumes for Automated Operation Engineer - Job Stage-1 ( Max CTC INR 15000/Month ). Base location will be Noida. Candidate need to have basic Telecom knowledge specifically in RAN (2G, 4G & 5G). Candidate should have basic knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). This role requires alarm monitoring on OSS for Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, Huawei and ZTE sites and voice call to stakeholders when there is any major outage as per escalation matrix. Candidate need to monitor Automated Hourly Outage reports and escalate to concern when any anomaly is detected. Candidate should be comfortable in rotational shift including night.
