As a 3D Artist, you will be responsible for completing a diverse range of tasks including animation, modelling, rigging, texturing, shading, lighting, rendering, effects, scripting, and tracking. Familiarity with compositing basics is a plus. You must be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment to deliver consistently high-quality work and troubleshoot technical problems on assigned shots. Additionally, you will need to interface effectively with artists in other departments to ensure seamless integration of work between disciplines. Your sharp organizational and time management skills will be crucial, as you will be expected to engage in various projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and working towards deadlines. It is essential to maintain a desire to deliver consistently high-quality aesthetic and technical work, while also encouraging your colleagues to strive for the same standards. Requirements for this role include a strong technical knowledge of various aspects of CG at an advanced level, as well as an advanced working knowledge of Unreal Engine. You should have a thorough understanding of directory structure, file formats, naming conventions, scripts, automation tools, and automated dailies. Experience embracing the balance of quality and time constraints is necessary, along with strong creative abilities including an understanding of color theory, motion, and lighting principles. A positive attitude and the ability to motivate team members are also key qualities for this position.,
