Role Overview We are hiring a Junior Sales Manager to drive digital retail sales, engage with potential customers, and contribute to revenue growth through lead management and conversion. This is a key position for individuals looking to enter the automotive aftermarket industry with strong exposure to sales, CRM, and e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead Conversion: Engage and follow up with potential customers through digital channels and phone calls to close sales effectively • Sales Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the product range • CRM Management: Track and manage all leads using CRM tools to optimize the sales pipeline • Customer Support: Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring a smooth customer journey • Order Coordination: Coordinate internally for order processing, tracking, and customer communication • Sales Reporting: Maintain structured reports and customer data logs for performance monitoring Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or customer-facing roles • Strong understanding of the digital customer journey and online buying behavior • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales automation platforms • Target-driven mindset with effective communication (English and Hindi) • Proficient in MS Excel, email handling, WhatsApp Web, and Instagram • Enthusiasm for the automotive space is a strong advantage ⸻ How to Apply Email your resume to: sonal@autologuedesign.com Website: www.autologuedesign.com Instagram: @autologuedesign
