Position: Plant Engineer Location: Halol (Head Office), Gujarat CTC Budget: 5-10 LPA depends upon Technical interview Experience Required: Full-Time Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience Educational Qualification: Full-Time Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Key Skills & Abilities (KSA): Job Knowledge: Responsible for executing and leading the full scope of plant engineering activities Create and update equipment and piping layout Prepare detailed piping BOM and piping isometric drawings Develop valve specification list , steel structure arrangement , and structural BOM for fabrication Deliver other project-related technical documentation Job Skills: Proficient in 3D modelling using Autodesk Plant 3D Skilled in drawing preparation using AutoCAD Experience in structural analysis using Autodesk Robot software Familiarity with Hi-CAD for structural 3D modelling Knowledge of engineering codes and standards for piping and steel structures Understanding of steel structural strength analysis using Robot software is a plus Attitude (Personal Traits): Strong organizational , interpersonal , and communication skills Job Purpose: To perform all plant engineering activities within the defined time frame and according to standard operating guidelines Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare equipment and piping layout using Autodesk Plant 3D or AutoCAD 2D/3D Create equipment footing and floor cutout drawings using AutoCAD Develop structural arrangement and fabrication drawings Design piping routing layout , isometrics , and BOQ Maintain and update designs using design software and document management tools Prepare BOM , valve list , etc. on Windchill Create and release CCN and FOC using TNG Ensure designs meet manufacturing , technical , and customer requirements Complete design tasks within budget and timeline , considering fast-track schedules Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Evaluation Criteria: Successful completion of all plant engineering activities Proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D and Robot Structure Availability and presence throughout the year Benefits: Free transportation from Vadodara 5-day working culture Mediclaim coverage for employee and family Accidental insurance Opportunities for career development and skill enhancement Exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle Supportive work environment with cross-functional collaboration Timely performance reviews and growth opportunities
