Key Responsibilities Create and manage 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit for STP projects, including all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) components. Develop equipment layouts, piping schematics, conduit routing , and utility coordination using Revit. Collaborate with process, civil, and electrical engineers to develop integrated design solutions. Extract accurate drawings, GFCs, and isometric views from models for use in construction and installation. Generate detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQs) from BIM models for procurement and cost estimation. Maintain and update models during different stages of the project lifecycle (design, execution, and as-built). Assist project teams by offering design visualizations and clash detections between systems. Coordinate with vendors and project teams for final model verification and installation support. Work with Odoo/ERP systems for linking BIM outputs to procurement and inventory workflows (training will be provided if necessary). Qualifications Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Environmental Engineering or equivalent. 25 years of hands-on experience in Revit (BIM Modeling) with a focus on MEP or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and plant layouts, especially for water or wastewater treatment projects. Familiarity with plumbing and electrical codes and best practices in industrial piping and equipment layout. Experience with BoQ generation, quantity take-offs, and clash detection . Understanding of STP design and operations is a strong advantage. Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar BIM coordination tools is a plus. Preferred Skills Strong visualization and design documentation skills. Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and process flow diagrams. Effective communication and teamwork.
