Develop and maintain Moldflow templates, standards, and best practices. Required Qualification Bachelor's or Masters in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering , or related field. 3 to 8+ years experience using Autodesk Moldflow Insight (Adviser experience is a plus) Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and tool design. Familiarity with CAD tools ( UG/NX). Understanding of thermoplastics behavior under processing conditions. Ability to clearly communicate complex technical information. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, tooling, and manufacturing. Preferred Qualifications: Moldflow certification (Professional/Expert Level) from Autodesk. Experience with multi-cavity tools, sequential valve gating, or conformal cooling simulations. Exposure to other CAE tools like ANSYS Hands-on experience in mold trials or toolroom troubleshooting is a plus.
