Motor Types: PSC (Permanent Split Capacitor) ECM (Electronically Commutated Motor) PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) 3-Phase Qualifications: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with relevant Experience, ME/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Motor Drives is preferred. Proven experience in motor testing and qualification. Strong technical review skills with the ability to assess motor specifications and compatibility. Familiarity with PSC, ECM, PWM, and 3-phase motors, including associated testing methods. Experience with indoor and outdoor airflow testing. Knowledge of UL 60334-2-40 standards and reliability testing protocols. Proficiency in Oracle for managing Bill of Materials. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Willingness to travel and stay at customer locations in North America for up to 12 months. Additional Notes: This position provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, handling critical motor qualification tasks for a wide range of motor technologies. The role requires adaptability and the ability to solve complex problems efficiently. Flexibility for travel and on-site work at customer locations in North America is a key requirement (duration is 6months to 12 month, later at Hyderabad Office).

1. Overall Experience of 3-8 Years in Mechanical Design & Drawing. 2. Working experience in below machineries: A. Mining Excavators (Large) B. Construction Excavators (Mini & Medium) C. Rigid Dump Load Trucks D. Wheel Loaders E. Articulated Dump Trucks 3. Working experience on A. Local Option for Mining Excavators and Rigid Dump Trucks B. Modelling and Manufacturing drawing for sub systems of Mining Excavators and Rigid Dump trucks. C. Technical Document creation for Local option Kits. D. Design of Transportation Frames, Lifting Jig’s and Shroud Frames 4. Understanding of Basic Electrical and Hydraulic Schematics. 5. Experience in moment, COG and other mechanical related calculations for multi bodies. 6. Good communication Skills and Team Working Experience. 7. Job is very dynamic and runs on learning new skills and knowledge for daily tasks. The Engineer should be open to sudden changes in day to day working. 8. Inter team communication is a very essential requirement for this project as multiple engineers work together on same tasks on daily basis. 9. Good knowledge on Mechanical aspects involved in Mining equipment’s.

Develop and generate all necessary drawings for integrated AVI-SPL customer projects Coordinate with Design Engineers, Project Engineers and Project Managers to complete drawings accurately and timely Provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers daily Research components as needed to create an accurate depiction Act as customer liaison in absence of the Senior CAD Technician Utilize and test calibration of equipment Responsible for contributing to job documentation as needed Assist with projector and Screen Support Structure installations Operate small and large scale office printers/plotters Utilize labeling software for rack and field wiring purposes Skills and Abilities Proven proficiency in AutoDesk AutoCAD Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints Ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of signal flow for audio, video and control systems Understanding of site survey s Familiarity of Audio Visual, Mechanical, and Electrical facilities drawings.
