Collaboration within the team to accomplish tasks, effective time management to meet deadlines, and participation in team meetings to provide input and feedback are essential aspects of this role. It is important to stay updated on contemporary IT field developments, possess strong analytical skills, and exhibit solid organization, communication, and presentation skills. Comfort with client interactions through phone, email, and in-person communication is required. The desired skills and competencies for this role include familiarity with design software and technologies such as Autodesk Maya, Autodesk 3DMax, ZBrush, After Effects, Premier Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Proficiency in video-related software is preferred. You should have a good command of product explainer videos, 3D video animation, video intros, logo animations, or text animations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously are crucial. Problem analysis and debugging skills are also essential. The educational requirement for this position is a degree in IT, non-IT, or computer-related fields at the bachelor's level.
