You are an experienced Engineer with specialized expertise in Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) and GPON networks. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, design, and implement fiber-optic infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on Telecom/Broadband FTTH projects. Your key responsibilities will include planning, executing, and supervising OFC and GPON network deployments. This will involve conducting on-ground surveys, route planning, and feasibility studies. You will utilize GIS tools, planning/design software, and drawing creation tools to prepare network layouts and project documentation. Additionally, you will coordinate with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Monitoring project progress and troubleshooting network design or execution challenges will also be part of your role. You will be expected to prepare and maintain reports, as-built drawings, and documentation for submission and approvals. To qualify for this position, you should have a B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, or a related field. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in OFC/GPON network planning, execution, and supervision is required. Proficiency in GIS tools, AutoCAD/Design software, and MS Office is essential, along with a good understanding of FTTH/Telecom broadband network architecture. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits that include Provident Fund. The work location will be determined based on the project assigned to you.,
