Strong understanding of building materials, RCC, masonry, waterproofing, finishing, etc. Familiarity with local building codes, site safety practices, and labor management. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to be present on-site full-time and manage multiple vendors/teams. Preferred Qualities: Prior experience working with a real estate developer. Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting formats. Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines.
