As an experienced professional in the field of audio visual and technology systems, your primary responsibilities will include creating and updating various types of drawings. You will be tasked with developing basic elevations that display mount locations, proper blocking, and AV signal box locations. Additionally, you will work on AV electrical plans, floor plan diagrams, and as-built drawings to ensure accurate documentation of all technical specifications. Your role will also involve planning rack layouts, developing block diagrams, and creating system schematics. You will collaborate with the engineering team to establish drawing standards and custom block designs. Furthermore, you will be responsible for power specifications, equipment cooling requirements, and documentation for audio visual equipment placement within millwork. In addition to your technical duties, you will need to possess strong communication skills to effectively convey system parameters to technicians and programmers. Collaborating with architects on project specifications and ensuring client satisfaction will be key aspects of your role.
