You are a skilled and dedicated CAD Designer/Draftsperson with a mechanical engineering background who will play a crucial role in developing detailed technical documentation for a client in the Green Hydrogen business. Your passion for design, strong CAD skills, and keen attention to detail make you the perfect fit for this role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing Assembly Work Instructions for plant modules or skids, detailing the assembly process, tools required, bill of materials, assembly sequence, special instructions, inspection points, torques, and exploded views. You will collaborate with an engineer resource to ensure accuracy, using CAD files, 2D drawings, P&IDs, Arena BOM exports, and photographs. - Documenting As-Built Representation by comparing the actual build with the design intent and noting any deviations. - Creating Service Instructions and Preventative Maintenance Manuals for the modules, detailing procedures for servicing pumps, repairing valves or pump seals, and producing quick reference sheets for key components and maintenance items. You will also incorporate vendor data into the documentation. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, proficiency in CAD tools (preferably SolidWorks), experience with Adobe tools for documentation, strong knowledge of MS Office applications, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a strong attention to detail for producing high-quality technical documents.
