About the Role We are hiring a skilled and reliable Drafter with strong experience in AutoCAD and a working knowledge of Revit or other construction drawing software. The role involves preparing detailed shop drawings for various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of architectural and structural drawings, attention to precision, and the ability to follow professional standards consistently. Key Responsibilities Prepare and develop accurate shop drawings from architectural and structural plans. Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet client and site requirements. Interpret and apply markups, revisions, and specifications accurately. Maintain drawing standards, layers, and file naming conventions. Manage updates and drawing logs to ensure clarity and accuracy. Use AutoCAD as the primary tool; support with Revit or other BIM/drafting software when required. Requirements Strong command over AutoCAD 2D drafting. Familiarity with Revit and other drafting/design tools (SketchUp, Bluebeam, or similar). Good understanding of construction detailing, materials, and coordination. Ability to read and comprehend English and understand design notes/drawings. 1–3 years of drafting experience in a construction, architecture, or engineering environment. Reliable, precise, and professional approach to work and communication. Preferred Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
