JD - Area Sales Manager - Audio Visual (AV) Solutions Note: This is for a full-time role (not a contract/consultancy/client role) Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 3-20 years of experience in selling AV Solutions for Data Centres & Large Office/Campuses in India Ideally for Hyperscale Data center customers like Microsoft, Google, Meta, Amazon OR Fortune 500 companies like Adobe, Morgan Stanley, Amex Proven experience of achieving sales worth INR10-15 crores annually Education: Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate Software: MS Excel, CRM tools Certifications ( preferred but not mandatory ): Certifications from AV OEMs like Crestron/Extron/Kramer/Poly etc Job Type: Full-time, Work from office/customer site Work Week: 6 days (Mon-Sat) Timings : India shift (9.30AM-6.30PM) Job Description We seek dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Managers to join our growing team of 250+ professionals to do sales for AV solutions for Fortune 500 companies and Hyperscale Data centre clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Data Centre & Office/Campuses AV solutions for large projects (5000+ nodes in office campus /300+racks in DC) and achieving sales targets of atleast US$1million (INR10crores) annually. Responsibilities: Knows IT infrastructure sales process Must have a proven Sales Track Record in IT Industry to MNCs/Enterprise customers having achieved 1 Million US$ sales (INR10 crore annually) Well aware and knowledgeable on AV, Structured Cabling, Networking and related technologies, Data Centres Should have experience of working closely with Project Management Companies, OEMs, Architects Should have excellent communication and presentation skills with high energy levels to travel and reach out stakeholders Self-motivated and should aim to meet or exceed sales target Travel: Be willing to travel across India on short notice to meet the customers and present company credentials and capabilities

Experience Experienced as a team lead role/service management of at least 5 years in NCR preferably in audio-visual helpdesk coordination Qualification- 3 Years Diploma/any bachelor's degree BE/Btech) preferred : Electronics/Electrical/ Electronics& telecommunication/computer science background Certifications: Certified by AVIXA or OEMs like Crestron/Cisco-VC/Switching/Wireless LAN/LG/Samsung/Poly Communication - English, Hindi/native Gender: Male Position Location -Noida Workday : 6d working, 9.30am-6.30pm (Mon-Sat) Travel requirement: As needed basis, must have own conveyance (bike/car) Budget : 6-10LPA CTC Software skills required : Strong Excel skills (charts, filter, sort, vlookup, etc), knowledge of CRM tools (Jira, etc) Key Skills: - Lead a team of 5-10 field and resident customer service engineers, service coordinators on a Pan India basis - NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune etc. Will be responsible to achieve highest customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding service level agreements and customer expectations. He will also plan spares and standby equipment inventory, monitor spares consumption, meet customers for service feedbacks, connect with Brands/OEMs for technical support and RMAs (Return Merchandize authorization) during and outside warranties. He shall also be responsible for site surveys, BOQs (Bill of Quantity) for existing customers expansion needs and travel across locations on need basis. Will achieve timely customer AMC contracts renewals/signing up for AMCs post warranty. He may be required to render adequate technical assistance for break-fix calls/upgrades of software etc. Will report to VP Business/CEO Must have serviced enterprise/MNC customers with rooms exceeding 100+ and handled VC solutions and Cafeteria/Townhalls AV Must have basic programming (C++) skills
