Autocad Designer

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Drafting Technical Designs: Conceptualize and Produce detailed technical drawings, plans,elevation, renderings and schematics using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Create accurate representations of site layouts, infrastructure, and utilities to support the development process.
2. Collaborative Design: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and urban planners to develop comprehensive design solutions that meet project requirements, regulatory standards, and client expectations. Participate in design reviews and provide input for design optimization

Preferred candidate profile

• BE in Civil Engineering.
• up to 3 years Proven experience in drafting for plotted development projects, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Specific skills
• Project Management Skills Preferred.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, electrical design software, and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
