Job Title: Draftsman - Civil
Location: Trivandrum (Candidates from in and around Trivandrum preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5 years

Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Civil / Architectural Drafting or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD (expert level required)
• Convert architectural/structural designs into accurate technical drawings
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to gather requirements and update drawings
• Ensure drawings comply with regulations and company standards
• Maintain and organize drawing files and revisions
• Support the planning, approval, and execution stages
• Conduct site visits when needed for measurements or clarifications

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of building construction methods, detailing, and material specifications
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to work independently

Preferred:

• Experience in the construction industry (mandatory preference)
• Experience in residential/commercial building projects
• Knowledge of Revit or other drafting software (added advantage)
• Immediate joiner preferred
