Responsibilities include production planning, team handling, shift management, inventory control, vendor coordination, quality control, and cross-department collaboration. Candidates should possess a hands-on leadership style, strong execution skills, and the ability to drive plant-level performance with discipline and ownership. Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
