Key Roles & Responsibilities- Lead Generation: • Identify and target potential retail car dealerships in the assigned geography for auto loan presales tie-ups. • Leverage market research, networking, and other tools to generate qualified leads. Business Opportunity Presentation: • Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealers, understanding their specific needs and preferences. • Conduct compelling presentations to car dealerships, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of our auto loan products. • Clearly articulate our unique offerings and competitive advantages in the auto finance space. Closing the Lead: • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with car dealers for onboarding. • Work closely with dealership stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth onboarding. Handover to Sales Team: • Collaborate with the sales team for a seamless transition of finalized leads. • Provide comprehensive details about dealership requirements, preferences, and agreements to ensure successful sales closure. After Sales Servicing Support: • Support car dealers by coordinating with internal teams to address any post-sales queries or issues. • Act as a liaison between the dealership and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction. Professional skills • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with dealerships, cross-functional teams, and management. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey business solutions clearly and convincingly. • Process-driven mindset with a focus on adherence to controls and standards. • Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities and devise solutions. • Expertise in building and maintaining relationships in a B2B environment, preferably within the auto finance or related sectors. Experience: • Education: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred). • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in auto finance, Car dealership sales, banking, or a related field, with a proven track record in dealership tie-ups or business development.
