Role : NOC L2 Nexthink Job Type : Contract/Freelancing Looking for immediate joiners Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills 5 years of experience in Large Industry managing Digital End user Infrastructure, Systems, and Virtual Infrastructure in production environment 5 years of experience in Nexthink advance monitoring, designing, implementation, upgrading, patching, fine tuning, auto discovery, onboarding, troubleshooting, scripting, Customization. Development and managing large projects. ¢ Expertise in using the latest release of Nexthink, custom dashboards, APIs, Plugins, and SDKs, Powerpacks, Power flows and integration. ¢ Expertise in integration of Nexthink with ScienceLogic, ServiceNow, Email, SMS solution, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Azure, AWS, VMWare, NSX, Office 365, Ansible and another supported platform ¢ Expertise in Windows PowerShell scripting. ¢ Expertise in Designing and implementing dynamic applications, Database structure, creating even policies. ¢ Experience in Nexthink development for customization of monitoring, reports, dashboard, integration, health report etc. ¢ Experience in Digital & Cybersecurity Application/Infrastructure service monitoring tools. ¢ Expertise in managing, implementing Infrastructure monitoring solution in a large multinational organization. ¢ Experience in End user computing, Client devices, Enterprise Systems, Databases, Windows, UNIX/Linux Operating Systems, Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware, NSX, Kubernetes, docker, Open stack, OpenShift, Office 365, Storages, and network in a large organization. ¢ Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Automations in Nexthink and other tools. ¢ Experience in network protocols and administration. ¢ Expertise in log management, analytics, Custom reports, Business service with dashboard ¢ Expertise in Nexthink HA/DR implementation, Configuration, and administration ¢ Good understanding of Digital & Cybersecurity service management processes ¢ Exposure to configuration management tools is a plus. Professional Certifications ¢ Nexthink Professional C Please Note: This is an operational support role. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite during business hours and be available for after-hours on-call support as part of a 24x7 operational support rotation to manage and respond to escalations as needed.
