As a Vibration Analyst, you will be responsible for performing vibration analysis on rotating machines remotely using data from IOT sensors. Your main tasks will include creating detailed reports with diagnostics and recommendations, which will be submitted to users for corrective action. You will also be expected to conduct detailed machine diagnosis of common machinery faults as needed. Furthermore, you will be reviewing reports generated by the auto diagnostic feature and validating them. It will be your responsibility to improve and validate the auto diagnostics features, identify fault patterns, and ensure the quality of reports. You must maintain False Positives at less than -5% and False Negatives at less than 0.5% to meet SLA requirements. Your role will also involve enhancing advanced diagnostic methods to analyze field machines more effectively on a proactive basis. Proactively identifying quality and field issues and providing corrective actions to improve diagnostics will be crucial. You will need to understand how to present and visualize analytics from the customer's perspective. This position does not require any travel as it is based in the Hyderabad office with work timings in A, B, and C shifts for 5 days a week. Qualifications/ Skills: - Vibration Analyst Level I or above certifications - 7 to 10 years of experience in Vibration Analysis of rotary equipment - Working experience in industrial plants such as paper, chemical, steel, and cement industries - Experience in online condition monitoring will be an advantage - Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to address specific issues - Strong customer focus and a willingness to exceed expectations If you meet the qualifications and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity in our Hyderabad office.,
