Role & responsibilities Department: Manufacturing and Engineering center Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for: Translate design ideas and concepts into tangible products that satisfy customer requirements defined in Project Charter. Taking parts in a multi-disciplinary team and collaborating with other designers, manufacturing engineers, coders, testers and quality assurances Designs, plans, developments and manufactures according to Product development process for standard or special pieces. Taking care of project management with clear objectives and deliverables, and efficiently handling changes that might arise during development Oversee the entire product lifecycle from the innovation stage to the development, generating also the documentation of product as technical data sheet, user Manual, stickers, videos In this role, you will be responsible for: Oversee the project management of the Engineering Project Create product samples using modelling or 3D printing. Design and calculation of products according to related standards. Select product materials and optimize the manufacturing process. Conduct testing on product prototypes. Prepare the manufacturing drawing along with draftsman Manage the items code for all the BOM resulting of the project. Check along with SCH manufacturing engineers the offers from suppliers Define the quality guidelines of products Oversee production of first productions Work with the Marketing team to develop messaging on Product Identify opportunities for improvement alongside new market opportunities. Assist customer support team to resolve product or maintenance issues. Ensure performance of [Product(s)/Service(s)/Equipment] daily by performing status checks and troubleshooting when necessary. Serve as a mentor to create teams to help them grow. Preferred candidate profile
