Support to Marketing & Tender Department Provide technical inputs, drawings, and product specifications for tenders, proposals, and client queries. Assist in preparing design-related presentations and datasheets. Manufacturing & Assembly Support Coordinate with the production team for design clarifications and improvements during manufacturing and assembly stages. Conduct design reviews to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth production flow. Documentation & Compliance Prepare and maintain design documentation as per ISO and API standards. Ensure all design processes adhere to quality and regulatory requirements. Skills & Competencies Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and API standards. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Qualification & Experience Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Diploma holders with strong experience may be considered). 2–5 years of relevant design experience in manufacturing/engineering industry. This role involves delivering training in various Civil CAD applications to students and professionals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and practical sessions for Civil CAD software such as AutoCAD (Civil), Revit, STAAD.Pro, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and other related tools. Create training plans, schedules, and course content based on curriculum. Evaluate students performance and provide feedback and guidance. Keep up to date with new developments in software and industry practices. Assist in organizing workshops, project work, and assessments. Provide one-on-one mentorship to students when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Proficiency in one or more Civil CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, etc.). Prior teaching/training experience preferred, but not mandatory. Good communication and presentation skills. Patience and passion for teaching. Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team. Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations. Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
