What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent Demonstrated ability to work with remote teams 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning mobile apps (ideally in B2B2C or employee-facing domains). Strong product intuition, user empathy, and ability to make decisions with imperfect data. Experience in startup environments where you've had to roll up your sleeves and deliver under ambiguity.
