About the Role We are looking for a Systems Integration Engineer to join our Z2 Enterprise platform team. This role focuses on integrating enterprise systems (PLM, ERP, CRM, etc.) such as Agile PLM, Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP, Salesforce, and others , building bi-directional connectors and integration flows . You will be responsible for enabling smooth data synchronization between Z2 Enterprise and external enterprise applications through APIs, middleware, and ETL pipelines. Key Responsibilities Integration Design & Development Analyze requirements and design integration workflows between Z2 Enterprise and external systems (PLM, ERP, CRM). Ensure data quality, consistency, and conflict resolution during integration. Monitoring & Maintenance Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for integration pipelines. Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures in a timely manner. Collaboration Partner with product managers, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to define integration strategies. Document APIs, workflows, and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications Enterprise Systems Expertise Hands-on experience with PLM systems (Agile PLM, Teamcenter, Windchill, etc.) . Familiarity with ERP (SAP, Oracle EBS, NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics 365) . Integration & API Development Strong experience with RESTful and SOAP API design and consumption . Compliance and Regulatory Adherence · Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations (e.g., IND AS ,GAAP, IFRS, tax laws). · Keep updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry trends. 15. Other Duties · Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, legal, operations) to ensure proper financial coordination and reporting. 16. Other related tasks as appointed by the management. PART D: ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. A master's degree or professional certification CA Inter / ICWA Inter is often preferred. PART E: RELEVANT EXPERIENCE · Minimum 5 – 6 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. · Proficiency in accounting software - Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP & Oracle (added advantage). · Exposure to ERP systems and payroll accounting · Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools. Good understanding of tax regulations, statutory compliance, and audit processes · Strong English communication both writing and speaking is must, local language is advantage. · Preferably someone with MNC experience · Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills · Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting. · Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with various departments and present financial reports to stakeholders · A team player and ability to guide and train site personnel in aspects of accounting and finance
