Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Authorize or deny medical claims based on patient's insurance policy.
Make outbound calls to patients, providers, and insurance companies for claim submission and follow-ups.
Manage denial management by identifying root causes of denials and resubmitting claims as needed.
Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in processing claims while meeting productivity targets.

Desired Candidate Profile for Authorization AR & AR caller

1-5 years of experience in Medical Billing or related field.
Strong understanding of US healthcare systems and regulations.
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in authorization processes, AR calling, denial management, and good knowledge of medical billing software applications.

Desired Candidate profile for AR caller - Fresher

0-1 year experience in any field
Graduation mandatory
2020-2025 passed out are eligible
Excellent & strong Communication skills
should be flexible to work in Night shifts
Preferred Bangalore candidates
Take home - 18k

Location & Shift Timings

Shift timings - 6pm -3am (Night shift)
Two way cab around 15kms
