Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage provider enrollment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to ensure seamless communication and effective workflow management. Conduct primary source verification for providers, including phone calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records of all interactions with providers. Lead a team of credentialing specialists in achieving daily targets and providing guidance on complex issues.
