As a Design & Approvals Architect at Hyperloop Consultancy Group, you will have the opportunity to work on prime redevelopment projects in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai. You will be responsible for leading design concepts, feasibility studies, and architectural drawings while coordinating with authorities for approvals from organizations such as NMMC, MCGM, CIDCO, SRA, etc. Your role will involve driving submissions for CC, OC, and related clearances, as well as collaborating with structural, legal, and PMC teams. Additionally, you will present architectural solutions during society/client interactions. The ideal candidate for this position should have a B.Arch / M.Arch degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in design and/or liaisoning. Strong knowledge of DCPR 2034 / UDCPR 2020 and a proven track record in design and authority approvals are required.
